We use Fed-Ex as our shipping service. They are sent using a standard overnight delivery which will be delivered by 3:00pm in most zip codes. If you are located in a rural area, this time may be delayed. If you require the roses to be delivered in the morning, a $10.00 priority overnight charge will be added to the order. This will ensure your roses are delivered by noon in most zip codes.

If for any reason your Ultimate Roses are not acceptable, please contact the main office at (800) 986-2918.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email confirming the shipment that will include your FedEx number(s).

Yes! The roses are shipped overnight and will arrive fresh on your selected delivery date.

An instruction card will be included along with your order to ensure your roses can be cared for properly. Roses will be delivered with solution for the water. It’s an added plus to talk to your roses every day and tell them how beautiful they are!

An instruction card for proper care is included with your order. If the care instructions are followed carefully, the roses can last up to 7-14 days. We guarantee freshness for 7 days.

Orders must be placed by 3 PM eastern standard time to receive your order the next day. Due to high demand we recommend you place orders well in advance.

For optimum display results: 3ft. roses should be displayed in 16″-20″ inch vase with approximately 5-6 inch opening. 4ft. roses should be displayed in 20″-27″ inch vase with approximately 5-6 inch opening. 5-6 ft. roses should be displayed in 30″-36″ inch vase with approximately 5-6 inch opening.
