I placed an order for these tall roses and I didn't get them on the day I wanted because Fedex had a weather delay. I was very dissapointed to spend that much money and then not get my roses but when I called Ultimate rose they sent me out a new order the next day even though it wasn't their fault. They were very nice and helpful when I called. I will order again in the future because my wife loved them.
