I received these for my Birthday. I have sent many of these to friends and family but had never actually seen them in person. I was crying, they are unreal when you see them in person. Susan is who I had dealt with in my orders and she is who my husband talked to and she out did herself again.

My fiance is in Iraq and he sent the 5-6 foot roses to my work for my 40th birthday and they are just gorgeous! There is even a beautiful black vase to put them in. I was so surprised and they are so tall, taller than me and I am 5' 3" and absolutely beautiful - made being away from him on my special day a little easier to take. Then, when I was taking them out of the box there were two that fell off the stems so I called and I was told that I would be receiving two replacements the next day and they send another whole dozen with a really nice card apologizing. I received these amazing roses for my 20th Anniversary. I can't tell you how surprised I was to find this huge box on my door step. When I opened the box I could not believe my eyes. They are truly the most beautiful roses that I have ever seen. I have received many dozen roses from my husband in the 20 years that we have been married but none of them can compare to these!!! I placed an order for these tall roses and I didn't get them on the day I wanted because Fedex had a weather delay. I was very dissapointed to spend that much money and then not get my roses but when I called Ultimate rose they sent me out a new order the next day even though it wasn't their fault. They were very nice and helpful when I called. I will order again in the future because my wife loved them.

I got this from my husband for my birthday this year and they were amazing! I couldn't beleive it when Fedex showed up to my house with this huge box.
