“How do they get that big?”

The Ultimate Rose was developed in the world's ultimate place for growing roses, South America. Grown in the enriched, volcanic soil of the Ecuadorian countryside, The Ultimate Rose begins its life journey at an elevation of more than 9,500 feet. As young plants, the giant roses thrive in the region's long days of extended sunlight and cool nights. They are grown in special environments using unique nutrients to achieve their size. Only the farm's most robust roses are tagged and left to grow taller and larger than the others. The roses are specially bred and grown to have very large heads (6.5 cm or greater) with very straight stems.

“When will the roses be available to deliver?”

Orders must be placed by 4pm eastern standard time to receive your order the next day. Due to high demand we recommend you place orders well in advanced.

“When will my roses arrive?”

Tuesday – Friday FedEx guarantees delivery by 3pm to most zip codes. Saturdays FedEx guarantees by 10:30 to most zip codes. Please allow extra time for delivery on Holidays or extreme weather.

“How long to the roses last?”

An instruction sheet for proper care is included with your order. If the care instructions are followed carefully, the roses can last up to 7-14 days. We guarantee freshness for 7 days.

“Do they come with a vase?”

Vases can be purchased separately in either Clear or Black

“If I want to use my own vase what size of vases do they require?”

For optimum display results:
-3ft. roses should be displayed in 12-14 inch vase with approximately 5-6 inch opening.
-4ft. roses should be displayed in 18-24 inch vase with approximately 5-6 inch opening.
-5-6 ft. roses should be displayed in 20-32 inch vase with approximately 5-6 inch opening.

“How do I take care of the roses to make them last longer?”

An instruction sheet will be mailed along with your order to ensure your roses can be cared for properly. Roses will be delivered with special cutting shears and solution for the water.

“How will they arrive?”

All roses will arrive in the signature Ultimate Rose Black Box with an outer packing box that will protect them during shipping. If you purchase the optional vase the vase will arrive along with the roses in the same outer shipping box.

“How can I check my order status, or to see if it’s been delivered yet?”

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email confirming the shipment that will include your FedEx tracking number. You can then go to www.fedex.com to track your package.

“Do you have a guarantee or return policy?”
