Our Roses are highly perishable and will be delivered by FedEx or UPS overnight air.

The Ultimate Rose uses Federal Express and UPS for overnight shipments in the continental United States.

The Ultimate Rose strives to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarntee on all our products. In rare circumstances your order may be delayed due to unforeseen weather or mechanical delays. The ultimate Rose is not responsible for orders that arrive late due to weather related problem.

Orders must be received by 4 PM, EST for next day delivery. Please call our office for any rush orders that need to be placed after 4PM for next day delivery. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your Fed-Ex or UPS tracking number to track your package(s) on the shipping company's website. This email will not come from The Ultimate Rose. It will come from the shipping company we use to ship your order.

• Deliveries are available anywhere in the continental United States.
• Deliveries can be made Tuesday – Saturday. Sunday and Monday are not available delivery dates with the exception of Valentine’s Day.
• Orders should arrive by 3pm M-F and by 12noon on Saturdays. *** Please allow extra time for delivery during inclement weather or Holidays.
• Please note that any changes made to the address after the order has been shipped will require an additional $10 charge to re-route the package.
• We are unable to ship to PO and Apo addresses. To ensure your roses arrive in the freshest condition, please make sure all shipping addresses are correct and complete. The Ultimate Rose is not responsible for delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If we are shipping to a business, please include the business name and any suite or office numbers.
• There is no signature requirement on the shipping label, therefore, the roses will be left at the door if no one is there to receive the package.. Please keep in mind that the roses are perishable, so it is very important that the recipient receives the roses promptly. In some cases, if the delivery driver feels it is unsafe to leave the package, they will take it back to the facility to be delivered the next day.
• Please contact our office if you are located in central Florida and require a local delivery.
• Deliveries to Hospitals or Large companies may be made to the shipping dock and may not be delivered to the recipient immediately upon arrival. Please make sure to follow up with the company or hospital to make sure they deliver to the recipient right away. Hospital deliveries please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
