“When will the roses be available to deliver?”
Orders must be placed by noon eastern standard time to receive your order the next day. Due to high demand we recommend you place orders well in advance.
“How long do the roses last?”
An instruction card for proper care is included with your order. If the care instructions are followed carefully, the roses can last up to 7-14 days. We guarantee freshness for 7 days.
“If I want to use my own vase what size of vases do they require?”
For optimum display results:
3ft. roses should be displayed in 16”-20” inch vase with
approximately 5-6 inch opening.
4ft. roses should be displayed in 20”-27” inch vase with
approximately 5-6 inch opening.
5-6 ft. roses should be displayed in 30”-36” inch vase with  
approximately 5-6 inch opening.
“How do I take care of the roses to make them last longer?”
*An instruction card will be mailed along with your order to ensure your roses can be cared for properly. Roses will be delivered with special cutting shears and solution for the water. It’s an added plus to talk to your roses every day and tell them how beautiful they are! ?
“Are the roses fresh and will they be fresh when delivered?”
Yes! The roses are fresh and will arrive fresh to your door within 24 hours from your delivery date.
“How can I check my order status, or to see if it’s been delivered yet?”
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email confirming the shipment that will include your DHL tracking number.
“Do you have a guarantee or return policy?”
If for any reason your Ultimate Roses are not acceptable, please contact the main office at (800) 986-2918.
